Shipping & Returns

Our returns/exchange policy lasts 3 days. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package if you wish to make an exchange or require a refund. After the 3 day period we will not be able to offer returns or exchanges.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including hygienic seals. Items must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. We will inspect items upon return and if granted suitable for a refund or exchange please allow 5 business days for us to process.

All return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item is damaged/faulty or where there has been some other mistake by our account. We will cover the costs of the return for your exchange! We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package.

Most garments sell very quickly so if you are wanting an exchange for the same product please be aware it may be sold out. If this is the case then a refund or credit note for another product will be issued. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping times:

Within Australia:
Your items will be sent to you within 3 business days of purchase, please allow 4 to 7 days to receive your parcel delivery - standard or 3 to 5 days - express. All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not home to sign for your parcel, Australia post will issue a collection slip to locate your parcel at the closest post centre.


Please allow 7 - 21 days to receive your parcel for standard and 3 - 5 for express.

A tracking number will be provided within 3 days of us receiving your payment so you can track your order.

Please note: When internationally shipped orders reach your destination country they may be subject to custom charges and clearance procedures that might cause delays.

Little Wren & co can’t take any responsibility for custom duties, foreign taxes or other potential enforced fees. If you wish to know more, please contact your local customs office.

Little Wren & co. is not responsible, nor liable for any package that is lost or damaged once the package has been shipped. Lost or damaged packages must be reported to whichever carrier handled the delivery.
